Ingredients (4 persons):
500g butter beans
200ml cream
500ml water
500g potatoes
50g bread
50g sheep’s cheese from Pag, grated
salt
Recipe:
Peel potatoes and cut in little cubes.
Put beans and potatoes in a pot add salt and cook it until soften.
Add cream and mix it all.
If you see that it is to dough add a little bit of water and keep it boiling and stir constantly for 5 – 7 minutes.
Give the cheese over the Minestra and serve hot with bread.
