Ingredients (4 persons):
500g venison
1 egg
800g onions
700g cheese
400ml red wine
flour, butter, milk, crumb of bread
Recipe:
Cut the meat in little cubes, add onions and fry until onions are golden.
Add the wine until all is half covered and simmer for a while.
Prepare the Béchamel Sauce with butter, milk and flour and add it to the venison and onions.
Add the cheese, mix it all, take it from the oven and let it chill for a while befor putting it into the refrigerator.
As soon the mixture has a solid structure form the crockets.
Deep fry the crockets and serve them hot on a fried onion with celery.
