Cut the veal fillet in steak sized pieces and season them.
Heat butter in a frying pan and add seasoned veal steaks.
Fry them for 3 minutes on each side over low heat.
When ready let them sit in another vessel.
Add cream and fresh white truffle to the remaining butter in the frying pan.
Season the sauce to your taste and cook for a little while.
Add the veal steaks to the sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
At the end cut a couple of slips of the fresh White truffles for the fullness of the taste.
Serve with boiled vegetables or roasted potatoes.
