Heat some water and cook Macaroni until good „al dente“(only water, no salt!)
Chop the walnuts, dates and raisins and panfry them with butter and sugar.
Take the pan from the oven and add herbs, eggs and Macaroni one by the other and mix it softly on time.
Roll out the strudel paste and fill it with all prepared ingredients.
Roll the strudel now with a web of cloth in a buttered form.
Heat it in the oven for 40° and serve it best warm, not hot!
