Cut the cabbage from the stalks and cook it in heavily salted vinegar water and let it stand over night in the vinegar water.
Put the minced meat in pot, add the eggs, the rice, the thinly sliced garlic and onions, season it with salt, pepper and red pepper and mix it well.
Put the mixture in the cabbage leaves, roll them and fix it with a tooth pick.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cabbage rolls on all sides, add dash water and the broth, tomatoes´ paste, salt and pepper and cook it for 45 minutes.
Fry the onions with flour in some butter and put it in the pan and mix it.
Serve hot with mashed potatoes or salt potatoes.
