Brush the oysters and dry them
Fold a table ware towel and put the curved part down on the towel.
The oyster has a more pointed side; there you have to break the oyster with an oyster knife. Be careful that no seawater gets lost.
Now carefully slip along the closing muscle and cut the meat from the shell.
Put the oyster meat, the seawater and the fish broth in a blender and mix for a while, season with salt and pepper and simmer it for 20 minutes.
In the meantime cut the bread into little quarters and roast them in the pan until golden brown to croutons.
After the 20 minutes up-foam the soup with an immersion blender, cover all with the croutons and serve hot.
