Ingredients (4 Persons):
1 kg very little Octopus
2 lemons
4-5 table spoons olive oil
Basil Leaves
4 -5 Cherry Tomatoes
White pepper
Salt
Recipe:
Clean the Octopus and boil it in slight saltened water for 20-25 minutes. Wash the basil and cut it in thinly slices. Wash the tomatoes and cut it into quarters. Season the octopus with salt and pepper and drop the olive oil above it. Put the octopus on a plate, surrounded by the tomatoes and put the basil on top of it. Cut the lemons in four pieces and serve with it.
