Wash and chop the pepper in little pieces.
Peel and also chop onion and garlic in little pieces.
Put the minced beef, garlic, peppers, egg and bread crumbs together in a bowl and mix all through.
Season it all with salt and fresh grounded pepper.
Now prepare the Cevapcici meat balls (around 8 cm long and 2 cm thick)
Heat the oil and fry the Cevapcici from all sides with high heat and let fry for 5 minutes.
Put the Cevapcici with the chopped onions on pre-heated plates and serve.
