Ingredients (4 Persons):
24 breath thinly sliced pieces of raw beef fillet
4 table spoons olive oil
50g Rucola
Pepper
Salt
Fresh Ciabatta bread
According to desire:
4 table spoons Aceto Balsamico
50 g Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Recipe:
The beef fillet has to be cut very thinly cut, therefore deep freeze the fillet in advance and cut it frozen and put a foil in-between each bit. Put Rucola in the middle and put the pieces of beef fillet on top and around it on a plate. Now salt and pepper it and put gently one table spoon of olive oil above it. Now, according to desire you put 1 table spoon Aceto Balsmico and the grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese on top of it. Serve it with roasted Ciabatta bread.
