When we arrived German Food & Beverage Manager Marcus Förtsch welcomed for a show around. He leads the F&B department since two years and performs fantastic since then. Functions with way more than 1.000 guests he handles easily and always having an open ear for his staff, a chat with a guest and to detailed overview the whole hotel. He soon will refurbish the restaurant to become one of the trendy spots within the city besides the hotel being the number one place for any kind of events with one of the best food in town.

We were totally impressed about the constant development of the hotel and about Marcus Förtsch challenging the impossible every day. We are sure to once return to this hotel and feel already excited about the next visit.
