Before we finally started to our world trip to Eastern Europe we wanted to visit the well known Michelin star Chef Mansur Memarian in Innsbruck, to show him our amazing HYMER mobile home. Mansur is not only the best looking Michelin star Chef we know; he is also a very charming and nice gentleman.

As soon as he saw the HYMER mobile home he suggested cooking together in the HYMER.

Shortly after we sautéed sweet chestnuts in honey sweet butter, roasted scallops and crab tails and prepared foam of apple sauce. Nobody should ever say again that you can not cook on the highest level in a HYMER mobile home.

Afterwards we had a chat and some coffee and Chef Mansur showed us around is his wonderful kitchen at the Restaurant “Der Pavillon” in Innsbruck, Austria.

Time was pressuring again on us and again we had to leave far too early.

Now our Eastern Europe trip can start…
