Chef Heinz Winkler is one of the Chef Geniuses and Icons of Cooking presently alive. Various of his scholars were later awarded with Michelin stars and he is the only Chef outside France who has held 21 years 3*** Michelin, the highest award you may achieve as a professional Chef. The stories about Mr. Winkler are legendary.

Therefore we were totally excited and honoured that he will be part of our world trip. After arrival the grand master of cooking shaked our hands and invited us to coffee and cookies.

Then he showed us his restaurant facilities, the terrace, the garden and the kitchen and Chef told us about his castle and how all happened to become the man he is.

Different to many stories told, we met an unbelievable passionate and awake artist of cooking. I like and admire Chef Heinz Winkler.
